Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until it’s packed. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible. Same-day orders are usually packed within an hour.

Order in Dubai before 4pm and it arrives the same day. The rest of the UAE is 1–2 working days.

Free on orders over AED 250. Below that, delivery is AED 20 anywhere in the UAE.

Unopened items in their original seal, within 14 days of delivery. Opened fragrance can only be returned if it’s faulty or not what you ordered.

Yes, if the item is unopened. Start a return and place a new order, or ask in store and we’ll swap it on the spot.
