Orders
You’ll get an email and SMS with your order number, starting BB, within a few minutes. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder or WhatsApp us.
Yes, until it’s packed. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible. Same-day orders are usually packed within an hour.
Delivery
Order in Dubai before 4pm and it arrives the same day. The rest of the UAE is 1–2 working days.
Free on orders over AED 250. Below that, delivery is AED 20 anywhere in the UAE.
Yes. Use Track your order with your order number and email or mobile, or see live status in My account.
Returns & Exchanges
Unopened items in their original seal, within 14 days of delivery. Opened fragrance can only be returned if it’s faulty or not what you ordered.
Yes, if the item is unopened. Start a return and place a new order, or ask in store and we’ll swap it on the spot.
Payments
Cash on delivery, anywhere in the UAE. It adds AED 10 to the order.
Yes. All prices on our website include 5% VAT. Your VAT invoice is available in My account after dispatch.

Testers are available to try in our store. We don’t sell testers online.

One promo code per order. BB Club points can be used together with a promo code.
Gifting
Yes, complimentary on every order. Choose Make this a gift at checkout to add a personal message.
No. Gift orders ship without any prices in the box or on the delivery slip.

1 point for every AED 1 you spend, online or in store. 500 points is AED 25 off.
